Policy -
Most
orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday through
Friday. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery.
We pay for shipping on orders over $100.00 in the contiguous USA only.
We reserve the right to ship your order via the courier of our choice.
We ship via U.S. MAIL and UPS.
Customer will be responsible for any extra charges for shipping other than our chosen method.
On occasion an order may be delayed due to a backorder, we are
waiting for a new shipment to arrive, or other
circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a delay in
filling your order, we will notify you via email with an
estimated delivery date. You can wait for the new delivery
date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
When ordering by check, we wait for the check to clear before
shipping the merchandise. This can take 7-10 days, therefore
require additional shipping time.
Our website is currently only accepting orders to the United States and Canada.
We also gladly ship to other parts of the world including the UK, Australia and more. Just ask.

Day Money Back Return Policy-
We
guarantee all items to be free from defects. Please contact
us if you receive a defective product that needs replaced.
Books are not a refundable item, book sales are final!
We will accept unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase
for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping expenses are not
refundable. All returned product must be sellable,
unopened, and in original packaging. Opened merchandise
returned will not be refunded or returned to the customer!
